Refund Policy

Exchange Policy

At SimplyFI Consulting, we do not allow exchanges between workshop programs or courses once enrolment is complete. In cases of overpayment, the excess amount will be refunded after deducting applicable transaction charges, while underpayment must be settled prior to access to the new course. Cancellation Policy

At SimplyFI Consulting, cancellations initiated by the client are not permitted once enrollment is confirmed. However, if a cancellation is initiated by SimplyFI Consulting due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be processed within 7 business days.
